Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs at customer sites.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete service reports and update work records accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Provide professional support to customers and ensure timely service.
• Participate in standby duties or shift work when required to support customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, field service, maintenance or a related technical role.
• Diploma, NITEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
