The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support across India and the broader APAC region. The role ensures the optimal performance of our sorting equipment and supports customers in the Recycling industries through installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training. The position plays a critical part in delivering excellent service experiences and long-term customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Install, commission, repair, maintain, and upgrade TOMRA sorting systems at customer sites
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently and perform root cause analysis
- Provide technical support on-site and remotely to minimize machine downtime
- Train customer operators and maintenance teams on machine usage and maintenance procedures
