Description

This position will be responsible for implementation and support of Honeywell engineering solutions, usually representing a smaller portion of a project or service opportunity, under close supervision of other project engineers or service technicians to successfully complete scope of work within budgeted time and cost constraints.

Responsible for

• Providing engineering Honeywell Installed Base support to existing customer and new customer.
• Answering customer queries.
• Supporting HPS sales team.
• Liaising with the Solution architect, Sales Team, SOL, FSM.
• Reporting and status updates as to the current support to HPS customers.

Qualifications

• Technical background and education.
• Min. 5 years of engineering experience as a customer support specialist.
