Field Service Engineer - Home Electronics & AV

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service & Technical Support Coordinator to provide technical and debug assistance, train customers, and handle warranty and spare parts inquiries for end-customers, distributors and e-commerce platforms in Singapore.

The role requires a diploma in engineering and at least 2 years' experience in consumer electronics after-sales management, with strong product knowledge of home appliances and AV, and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
