EFI is looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/x) to join our service team in Germany, based in Frankfurt area .This is a hands-on role, on the field (Germany , Switzerland and neighboring countries), being in contact with our customers fixing, installing EFI wide-format digital printing machines. We have a good range of printing machines within the VuteK line. You will be the customer advocate and your role is key in EFI for ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing further to EFI product upselling.
What you will do:
As a field service engineer your role is a mix between being on the field (Germany also Switzerland and neighboring countries), driving to customers, installing the printing machines, fixing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, software and neumatical issues of the machine. No day will be the same with the previous one and helping the customers on a daily basis will give you a feeling of satisfaction.
