Field Service Engineer, Lat Am

Reports to: Service Manager, Lat Am

Location: Home based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site product installations, upgrades and ongoing service support and maintenance in assigned territory.
• Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Manage customer relationships, maintain written documentation of service activities, and effectively interact and communicate with internal technical support personnel, manufacturing, and sales.
• Demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills.
• Adaptable, agile, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronic, computer, mechanical or biomedical engineering with applicable work experience required; bachelor's degree considered an asset.
