Field Service Engineer — Food Processing Solutions

Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Engineer to join our Customer Service Operations team in southern Chile, specifically in Osorno, Valdivia, or Temuco. In this role, you will deliver high-quality service directly at customer sites, ensuring reliable operation of food processing and packaging lines.

As a vital link in the global food system, you'll resolve technical issues, empower operators through training, and contribute to improving customer operations. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of relevant experience, a background in industrial systems, and strong mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge.
