Description
The Candidate should be Engineer or the Chemistry background person and should have either BE in ECE or MSC Chemistry / Analytical chemistry .He /she should have the minimum of 6 to 7 years' experience in handling the HPLC/GC/ HSS and valve systems like TOGA etc., This candidate should be able to independently handle all the Installation / Demo / Preventive Maintenance / Repairs / Customer concerns / escalations of the above said systems. He /she will also help & deliver our customers on the required technical support for the said systems. Should also have the capability of doing the onsite / off site customer trainings on said products effectively.Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, OQ , PM maintenance and repair hardware, software products as well as operating systems.Note#:
