Field Service Engineer (Cananea)

Key Responsibilities Technical Support – Perform installation, commissioning, and alignment of mechanical seals and auxiliary systems; diagnose failures in rotating equipment and sealing systems; respond to operational emergencies and unplanned shutdowns; conduct technical inspections on‐site and at Service Centers.
Failure Analysis – Prepare technical reports and root cause analyses (RCA); identify causes of recurring failures and propose solutions; document technical findings and lessons learned.
Maintenance and Reliability – Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities; validate installation conditions (alignment, tolerances, vibration); monitor sealing system performance; propose improvements to increase equipment service life (MTBF).
Technical Customer Support – Provide guidance on seal selection and application; train customer personnel and internal teams on best practices; support equipment startups and critical projects.
