Field Service Engineer – Battery Energy Storage Systems

Fluence is looking for a Field Service Engineer to ensure the safety and performance of our Battery Energy Storage Systems across the Philippines. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance activities, manage site health, and serve as the primary technical contact with customers.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the industry. Strong communication skills in English and technical proficiency are required.

This position may require travel up to 50% across various project sites in the Philippines.
