Responsibilities
- Deliver on sales targets by conducting daily sales activities.
- Oversee day‑to‑day sales activities of agents.
- Set sales targets for agents, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of targets.
- Develop daily and weekly itineraries for agents to meet required client visits.
- Address issues raised by agents, develop solutions, and escalated to the Field Sales Supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure sales operations performed by agents adhere to company standards and values.
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales growth.
- Lead a team of sales agents to meet productivity targets through activity monitoring and itinerary development.
- Manage hiring, training and performance of the sales team while executing promotional campaigns to drive growth.
