Field Sales Representative

TERRITORY EXPANSION EXECUTIVE (FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE) – NEXT GENERATION PRODUCTS

Base salary ₱25,000 – ₱45,000 (experience and skills-based). 10% performance bonus tied to new doors opened and verified reorders. Field allowances include communication and travel allowances.

Field Sales Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard high-potential retail partners across NCR (specialty retail, lifestyle retailers, and independent convenience shops).
• Represent brand professionally in the field, educating retailers about the category, its adult consumers, and effective in-store positioning.
• Maintain a high-activity field presence with consistent store visits, supporting sell-through, managing reorders, and maintaining strong account performance.
• Log daily visits, territory coverage, and retailer feedback through the digital reporting system to support national expansion strategy.
