Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory. This role focuses on executing sales and distribution strategies across relevant trade channels to expand product reach and availability. The position requires consistent achievement of set KPIs aligned with Sales Fundamentals. Additionally, the role entails diligent and organized collection efforts from all assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

• At least college-level
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry
• With a valid driver’s license
• Preferably knows how to drive both a motorcycle and a 4-wheel vehicle
• Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan area
