This is a Google’s Paid Advertisement Project (Goldie Process) where Business Development Managers will visit a set of assigned leads and onboard them onto Google Ads. Each merchant will begin with a starting budget of ₹5,000. The purpose is to help businesses enhance their visibility on Google Maps and generate new prospects and customers through paid advertising. Key Responsibilities:  Visit assigned leads (SMEs and merchants) and onboard them onto Google Ads.  Educate clients about the benefits of Google advertising and digital visibility.  Manage end-to-end client onboarding including documentation, accountsetup, and ad activation.  Maintain strong relationships with merchantsto ensure retention and satisfaction.  Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets as defined by the process.  Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign setup and issue resolution.
