Field Retentions Engineer - salary potential: £45,000 per annum (OTE)
Location: Luton & surrounding areas
Salary: £25,500 basic increasing with role progression plus uncapped commission (up to 50k OTE)
Job type: Full Time (40hrs per week)
Shift Pattern: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Holidays: 29 days’ annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 1 year service
Responsibilities
- Dealing with escalated high-level complaints
- Installing and providing technical assistance and routine maintenance to Verisure security systems at customers’ premises with a focus on “first time fix” solutions
- Providing a detailed, informed walk-through of the Verisure Alarm system
