What you’ll do
As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate a team of technicians, dispatching work, managing customer inquiries and issues while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Task assignment to team members according to their expertise.
- Provide ongoing training to team members.
- Participate in the interview, training and onboarding of new team members.
- Oversee the inventory of tools, equipment, and parts. Ensure that all necessary supplies are available for field operations.
- Ensure all field operations comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Implement safety protocols and trainings.
- Performance evaluation and feedback.
- Implementing and managing field service management software.
- Using technology to optimize scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
