What you’ll do

As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate a team of technicians, dispatching work, managing customer inquiries and issues while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Task assignment to team members according to their expertise.
• Provide ongoing training to team members.
• Participate in the interview, training and onboarding of new team members.
• Oversee the inventory of tools, equipment, and parts. Ensure that all necessary supplies are available for field operations.
• Ensure all field operations comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Implement safety protocols and trainings.
• Performance evaluation and feedback.
• Implementing and managing field service management software.
• Using technology to optimize scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
