Field Office Administrator – MTO Construction Projects (Northeastern Ontario)
Responsible for supporting contract administration activities on Ministry of Transportation of Ontario Highway / Road / Bridge construction projects across Northeastern Ontario, including but not limited to Orillia, Sudbury, North Bay, and Parry Sound.
Responsibilities
- Work safely and observe GHD’s Behaviour‑Based Safety culture.
- Assist the Contract Administrator in coordinating field duties and tasks for Quality Assurance Inspectors, specialists, and subconsultant staff.
- Complete day‑to‑day inspections of Highway / Road / Bridge projects according to client terms of reference and manuals. Notify supervisor of non‑conformances observed.
- Coordinate input from Quality Assurance Inspectors and the Contract Administrator to complete entries on payment certificates.
