Field Membership Engagement Specialist

The Trustees of Reservations in Massachusetts is seeking a Membership Engagement Associate. You will engage visitors, promote membership, and support membership growth across reservations, events, and community gatherings.

Reporting to the Manager of Membership Engagement, you will lead on-site membership sales, provide feedback from the field, and help improve visitor experiences while representing the organization at events and outreach activities across the state.
