What you will do

You’ll be at the heart of Lighthouse’s field marketing presence across one of our most commercially important regions. Events are our top revenue‑driving channel in EMEA, and your job is to make them count, from planning through to execution. But Field Marketing at Lighthouse goes beyond the event room. You’ll also work across webinars, digital campaigns, partner co‑marketing, and localized content, understanding how each channel connects to pipeline and knowing when to activate the right one.

You’ll work running a packed calendar across diverse markets and contributing directly to commercial outcomes. You’ll build strong relationships with the regional sales teams, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and develop a sharp understanding of what works market by market.
