Field Manpower Deployment & Training Lead (Malaysia)

EZSVS is seeking a Manager for field-focused manpower operations based in Malaysia. This role involves overseeing grassroots talent sourcing, recruitment channel development, and compliance checks for overseas deployment, without any corporate HR responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in both English and Mandarin. You will be expected to travel nationwide and work flexibly across various major cities in Malaysia.
