Field IT Systems Engineer

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in end-user computing, desktop support, workplace technologies, network troubleshooting, and onsite IT operations who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite IT support, including deskside, walk-in, floor, and VIP support.
• Handle complex L2/L3 technical issues and escalations across devices, operating systems, applications, and workplace services.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, device deployments, and workplace transitions.
• Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, including laptops, peripherals, and printers.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and IP-related problems.
