Field IT Support Specialist (On-Site & VIP Support)

TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. You will handle desktop/laptop issues, hardware/software installations, imaging, printer/networking, AV setup, and high-touch VIP support in a dynamic environment in the UAE.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, basic networking, and Office 365 expertise, plus independent, proactive work ethic.
