TECEZE is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Madrid to provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware/software configuration, managing IT inventory, and assisting with conferencing technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills for both Windows and Mac devices, basic networking knowledge, and good communication skills. Experience with Office 365 support and vendor coordination is also essential.
