Job Description
As a Field Inspector, you are responsible for the on-site resolution of customer complaints, requests, and inquiries. Your primary mission is to provide clarity and accuracy for electric meter consumption, ensuring all tasks are completed within our service schedule to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position directly reports to the Meter Reading Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
