Field Implementation Consultant Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the steps of the customer's onboarding process from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring timely completion of implementation projects. Travel is required; you must possess a valid passport, driver’s license, and access to a vehicle for up to 60% of the time. Responsibilities
Serve as the technical main point of contact for customers during onboarding. Provide remote and in‑person implementation and support across North America. Deliver onsite services for customers who purchased a field package. Manage assigned customer segments through the onboarding process. Communicate status updates and send training reminders. Update customer records in CRM and other web‑based tools.
