Reach individual and Warranty Process goals. (KPI's)
Elaborate warranty reports based on part analysis (0km, Warranty, functional tests)
Compile and analyse information of claims in order to be part of the multidisciplinary team for Warranty Structured Problem Solvings.
Verify status and calibration dates of gauges and machines of the Warranty Process. (also helium chambers in production process)
Keep team informed of the results of the analyzed parts and risks related to Warranty area.
**Profile**:
- Basic qualifications:
- English communication
- Microsoft Office
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Structured Problem Solving (Why-Why/8D/A3)
- On going bachelor degree (Mechanical, industrial or related)
- Advanced qualifications:
- Measuring equipment. (Vernier, Micrometer, Optical Comparator)
