Key Responsibilities

Install and commission machine tools and related equipment at customer sites;

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities;

Diagnose technical and mechanical/electrical issues and provide effective solutions;

Carry out machine inspections, testing, and performance checks;

Support customers during machine start-up and production ramp-up phases;

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely;

Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately and on time;

Collaborate with internal departments for spare parts, technical support, and service planning;

Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all service activities;

Support customer training activities related to machine operation and basic maintenance;
