Field Engineer: Remote & Onsite Tech Repair Pro

Carestream Healthcare International is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Mexico City to resolve customer equipment issues onsite and remotely when needed. You will diagnose, repair, and install equipment, train customers, and document service activities while maintaining high customer satisfaction and data integrity.

Responsibilities include coordinating with COE, traveling to customer sites as required, and ensuring timely repairs with cost efficiency.
