Position Summary
- Focus on resolving customer's issues to their complete satisfaction
- Resolve the problems both remotely and in the field to the customer’s delight
- Solves the customer's problem the first time
- Focuses in on break‑fix problems with the support of the COE team
- Delivers solution to the customer and CSH on time and at the lowest cost possible
- Adds knowledge articles to the Service knowledge management system
- Establish good communications and relationship with customers
- Present a professional image and promote customer confidence
