Overview As a Field CTO at Git Lab, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers and prospects, helping them connect Dev Sec Ops strategy, AI, security, and compliance goals to real business outcomes. You will work closely with executive stakeholders during the pre‑sales process, offering strategic guidance on how Git Lab can support secure software delivery, modernization efforts, and platform adoption across complex environments. This is an individual contributor role with direct visibility and influence at the VP level and above, partnering with senior leadership internally and with our largest customers externally.
