Field Copier Technician

Responsibilities

1. Repair / troubleshoot copier, laser and inkjet
2. Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software.
3. Responsible to Test Print units upon delivery to clients to ensure (1) quality of print out and (2) alignment of pick-up roller and feeder part
4. Providing routine service and maintenance to all service units based on schedule
5. Do technical visits in different areas nationwide
6. Prepare and submit inspections reports to immediate superior
7. Providing excellent customer support and service.
8. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
9. Back up technician when there is sudden problem calls from the clients.
