Field Coordinator for Construction Projects

Join a collaborative team as a Field Coordinator, where you will support project planning and operations on-site. Assist with scheduling, quality control, and ensure efficient resource management.

In this role, you will work directly with Senior Superintendents during pre-construction meetings, assessing contract documents and client needs. You will help implement project schedules, manage manpower and equipment, and enforce safety protocols during job start-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in pre-construction meetings with stakeholders
• Assist in executing project schedules and resource management
• Ensure accurate Daily Inspection reports are completed
• Act as the liaison for daily reporting to the Estimating team
