Field Checker - Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Monitoring
- Conduct on-site visits to branches/stores to check compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify that staff are properly following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory handling, food quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
2. Employee Attendance & Performance
- Check attendance, punctuality, and proper scheduling of staff.
- Observe employee behavior, customer service, and overall work performance.
- Report non-compliance or disciplinary concerns to management.
3. Uniform & Compliance Check
