What you’ll do
- Support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by carrying out a range of functions in the field.
- Conduct assessment and review of individual services, including needs and risk assessments.
- Provide practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers.
- Work with Care Coordinators to plan realistic, effective care worker rosters, considering individual needs and worker skills.
- Carry out regular reviews of individual services, including repeated and renewed needs and risk assessments.
- Participate as required in multi‑disciplinary reviews of service users’ needs.
- Shadow new care workers to ensure competence.
- Observe and evaluate care worker practice on site as part of routine supervision or in response to performance concerns.
