Field-Based HSE Coordinator Position

Ensure compliance and safety on construction sites as a Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. This hands-on field role features significant travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
You'll report directly to the Director of Major Projects while working closely with the HSE team to conduct inspections, oversee safety measures, and interact with field workers. Responsibilities also include supporting incident investigations and facilitating safety meetings, ultimately fostering a proactive safety culture that prioritizes worker protection and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily inspections on-site to identify hazards
• Act as primary health and safety representative during operations
• Facilitate safety talks and client inspections weekly
