Job Purpose and Impact
The Field Assistant will help to lead work operation and achieve the business goals of the estate. In this role, you will oversee operations and assist with the communications for the defined businesses to ensure efficient operations.
Key Accountabilities
Prepare a monthly work plan based on the total area of responsibility, as well as annual program guidelines.Assess project issues and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.Implement work plan according to Company guidelines and increase effectiveness and efficiency (cost oriented). Verify personnel reports, before being checked by the Estate ManagerMake daily activity reports.Maintain good relations with the team and other stakeholders. Ensure the quality and safety of work equipmentOther duties as assignedQualifications
