- Work closely with the sales team to support the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, spec-in activities
- Provide technical advice on system architecture and configuration for Industrial Data Solutions (IDS) portfolio
- Offer technical assistance and guidance on usage for IDS products, addressing basic queries and issues before they are escalated to the support ticket system
