Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly technical Field Application Engineer (FAE) to be based in KL or Penang. The successful candidate will be the primary technical bridge between our engineering teams and our customers, while concurrently identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across Malaysia and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Field Application Engineering (Technical Support & Design-In)

• Serve as the primary technical expert for company products across the assigned territory.

• Drive “design-in” and “design-win” activities by working closely with customers’ R&D and engineering teams from the early concept phase through to mass production.

• Conduct technical product presentations, architecture reviews, and training sessions for customers and distribution partners.
