Fiber Engineer - Level 2

Role Description The Fiber Engineer - Level 2 is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining fiber network infrastructure, including outside plant components and optical fiber systems. Day-to-day tasks include preparing network design documentation, conducting site surveys, coordinating installation and testing activities, and troubleshooting fiber-related issues to ensure optimal performance. The Fiber Engineer will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet project requirements, manage timelines, and support ongoing operations. The role also involves adhering to safety standards, following industry best practices, and providing technical guidance to junior team members as needed.
