Responsibilities
- Assisting in job posting and collecting resumes.
- Supporting onboarding for new employees.
- Organizing and updating employees’ files.
- Helping to coordinate transportation for employees.
- Helping to coordinate the meals for employees
- Supporting events for employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Studying the last semester of a bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or another technical related field)
- Previous experience in related fields would be a plus.
- Microsoft Office
