Energy Program Specialist
Festival Hydro is seeking a motivated and results-driven Energy Program Specialist to join our team. This role will support the delivery of Energy & Demand-Side Management (eDSM) initiatives and conservation programs funded through Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) framework, including Save on Energy programs.
The successful candidate will engage residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers to identify and implement energy‑saving opportunities, support incentive applications, and help Festival Hydro strengthen program performance, customer participation, compliance, and future Stream 2 readiness.
