FES & Productivity Leader — Lean Plant Excellence

Faurecia is seeking a candidate with a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of FES experience for a critical role involving expertise and coaching in lean manufacturing principles. The successful applicant will assist the Operations Director with budget development and contribute to achieving operational business targets.

This position demands a proven ability to improve process KPIs and entails leadership responsibilities within a plant environment. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, alongside a continuous improvement mindset.
