We are growing fast and looking to build two new independent fencing teams – one based in Regina and one in Saskatoon. We aren’t just looking for workers; we are looking for motivated individuals capable of running a job site from start to finish.

We want to empower local crews to operate independently. If you have the skills to lead a team, manage a job site, and ensure the high quality Derkson is known for, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead or join an independent crew specializing in fencing (Chain Link, Vinyl, Wood, Ornamental, metal installations).
- Manage daily site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain the high standards of our projects across Saskatchewan – travel is required.
