The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing technical specifications and developing manufacturing projects and procedures for cable production.
This role plays a key part in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving overall production efficiency.
Analyze technical specifications and develop manufacturing projects and procedures for cable products.
Plan and implement cost‐reduction initiatives and capacity improvements.
Evaluate raw materials and manufacturing equipment to ensure efficiency and quality.
Monitor manufacturing processes, provide on‐site support, and analyze nonconformities to define corrective and improvement actions.
Conduct training programs for production personnel and develop standardized operating and inspection procedures.
Support the specification and selection of machines and products, and validate software used in the production process.
