Female Post-production Coordinator

The Post-Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily coffee production activities after roasting, including packing coffee, coordinating online and wholesale orders, preparing products for dispatch, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

This role works closely with the Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, product quality, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Packing

• Pack roasted coffee according to company standards and production schedules.
• Ensure products are labeled correctly with accurate batch information and expiry dates.
• Conduct final quality checks on packed products before storage or dispatch.
• Monitor packaging quality and report any defects or discrepancies.
