Oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion

Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with federal contract requirements

Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting across all phases

Lead coordination across site development, vertical construction, MEP, and specialty systems

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards

Act as the primary liaison with federal clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement processes, and change orders

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring cost efficiency and performance outcomes

Lead internal teams including project engineers, superintendents, and support staff

Drive client satisfaction while building long-term relationships and future opportunities
