This role is responsible to ensure an efficient recruitment and selection process, conducting all stages with excellence, from interacting with hiring managers, HR team, candidates and clients to updating documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and quality results are achieved to meet the FBS goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruitment and selection process management: from job posting, candidate screening, scheduling and conducting assessments, to offer letter management and document entry.
• Document update and management: keep process documentation (mapping, procedures, etc.) always updated and organized, within established deadlines.
• Service and support: clarify doubts about HR policies and procedures, interact with candidates and clients, and monitor and support the team.
