Scope and Relationship
- To assist the Management team in the day to day service on the restaurant floor.
- Ensuring all SOP’s are adhered to therefore maintaining the required levels of service at all times.
- To interact with guests ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining process.
Duties
- Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following SBC Standards of Performance.
- To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of work.
- To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the club as assigned.
