F&B Supervisor
The F&B Supervisor will report to the General Manager and will be asked to perform a variety of managerial functions. The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervision, coaching and training of servers, bartenders & cooks. Our F&B Supervisors ensure that all work is performed up to the standards set forth by the department and The Barnes San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up dining areas according to standard based on service periods.
- Greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and place into Point of Sale system for preparation. Deliver food and beverages to guests, check for satisfaction and ensure guests have everything they need, present check for payment, and process payment.
- Seek ways to elevate service at each touchpoint. Up-sell where possible. Engage to increase return guests. Consider added F&B/service for VIPs and special occasions. Encourage positive online reviews.
