Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and assisting them with taking orders while courteously addressing their inquiries.
- Preparing and serving food and drinks following standard guidelines.
- Keeping all assigned areas clean and organized.
- May also be assigned to other duties such as replenishing stocks in the service area before, during and after meal service.
- Providing hands‑on support to supervisors and bussers in all assigned duties.
- Handling guests’ complaints.
Qualifications
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience preferred in recognized five‑star hotels / resorts / casino properties (local or abroad).
- Well‑groomed and professional appearance.
